  7. Ah! Familiar city names from biblical stories—so beautiful! One day we will come—and eat Lsanat Matabbli and Shurbat Alkibbi Kibbeh, and my very favorite—Baba Ghannouj! Teehee I just like saying Baba Ghannouj-but it is a favorite of mine. 🙂 I’m reading from a cookbook by Eva Zane—Middle Eastern Cookery. Thank you for sharing these beautiful pictures.

    1. Oh damn how do you know all that! Hahahah Middle Eastern Cookery wow! Baba Ghannouj is always on a Lebanese table, so delicious! I can tell you that few would enjoy lsanat , I’m one of the few 😊 kebbeh is great indeed and many others!
Hope you will visit and enjoy all the nature and food 😊😊❤️

      1. Cute story: my friend had a bit of a crush on a very sweet Lebanese girl. So he’s at our house texting with her. The conversation is a little slow. So I said to him, “ask her about her favorite Lebanese foods.” Oh how her texts lit up! She was so excited to tell him all these different dishes. And then she says (and this is my favorite part) “ you know, our food is very sexy….”.
        I just loved that. 🙂

      2. It is cute indeed hahhaa But very sexy? many people wont find lsanat sexy at all 😀 😀 But our food is so delicious that’s for sure
        Hope you’re good today 🙂

      3. Teehee I’m giggling because well-after all-tongue! I’m one of those few who like it as well. My grandma made something similar. It’s the texture that I remember—so good! I’ve tried making it for my husband. Nope. Not even a little bit.
        Oh well. 🙂
Hope you are also good today too! ❤️

      4. Well I like it too but sexy is not the right word hahahah They are so delicious here but I only eat them at home 🙂
It’s midnight in Lebanon, so have a good day and I’ll have a good night hopefully ❤

  8. Didn’t know what to expect. Was pleasantly surprised with so much greenery. Absolutely beautiful.
Thanks for sharing Huguette. Much love to you, and for your country 🙂

  9. Thank you for the treat Huguetta.
The photos are amazing! Some breathtaking. My travel bucket list is growing, but I’m stuck here in Spain 😭

    1. Thank you Jessica 😊 Glad you loved our country and hope you’ll visit it soon 😊
Stuck in Spain? Oh don’t say this in front of any Lebanese, we would trade our passport to be stuck in Spain hahahahha 😀 My brother married a Spanish woman but they’re now in Mexico, I must visit them when I can and see Spain for the very first time 😊

      1. Hahaha 😀 I completely understand. Back when I was in the Philippines, I’d probably robbed someone passport if I can use it to get out of the country. Good thing I did not have to go to such extreme measures.

  10. Thank you for sharing those beautiful pictures of our country with the rest of the world. I’m glad there are some pictures of North Lebanon, the North is usually a neglected gem. Howeh lebnen 7elo bas ne7na besh3in, besh3in la ena we destroy everything: shaw7na tabi3a, lawathna el ba7r, mnkeb zbeleh 3al tariq

    1. Well yes Lebanon is beautiful but it just needs good rulers and citizens! Raye7 el mnih b 3aza el 2abi7 w 3am ndfa3 el thamàn
Yes I loved these pictures because they are from all Lebanon (I’m sure you’re from north then 🙂)
Fi ktir ness mneh bass msh mbaynin ray7în bl da3s
We make beautiful Lebanon right? 😊

  11. What an amazing photos! I wish all the best to the photographer that made them so beautiful, colourful and so professional looking. Lebanon seems to be such a lovely Middle East country, and I hope I will visit it one day, I hope as a part of my walking adventure journeys…

      Appreciate your interaction

      1. I will take you up on that offer! It will take some time… I still have Residency to pursue. I’d like to say… I’ll visit you soon instead. Soon could mean alot of things. Tomorrow, next month, next year or maybe 5 years from now. I do hope that offer still stands though. 🙂

      2. It’s the same for you as well. If ever you decide to come and visit the Philippines, I can be your tour guide as well 🙂
