The Versatile Blogger Award – Fifth & Sixth Nomination

First of all let me tell you that I hate to mix awards or do 2 in 1 awards, I like to give each nomination its proper post.
BUT, since the Versatile award is about stating 7 facts about yourself, not answering questions,
and since I really don’t want to reach a point where you know how I brush my teeth or else…
Therefore, I will mix these 2 nominations (fifth and sixth) and I’ll see about accepting more Versatile nominations.
Answering various questions is easier and more logical I guess. I don’t feel comfortable keep stating facts about myself and my life.

My fifth nomination for the Versatile award is from Gauri (Ms. Eager Beaver).

Gauri falls down a lot and I promised her if we ever met, I will help her get up after I laugh 😂 😂 . Well she agreed! 😀
I mentioned before that Gauri is very funny but she’s also a very good reader which is hard to find and I always appreciate her support and interest in my posts especially old ones

My sixth nomination for the Versatile award is from “The Mind full Life” don’t know her name. she describes herself as an amateur photographer and over-sensitive writer with an incredible ability to stay positive in horrible situations. 7 Facts about myself: (digging & thinking 😄 😄 )

1- I have an aunt only 1 year older. When my mother was pregnant, my grandmother (from my mother side) was also pregnant and my uncle’s wife was pregnant. My mom lost the child (she was a girl) and they both delivered. Then the next year I was born. My aunt was my childhood friend. We have many lovely memories and lot of laughter.

2- I have 5 aunts and 4 uncles (one of them passed away because of a medical mistake).
So my grandparents (mother side) had 10 children, from my father side I had 2 uncles (passed away) and still have one aunt. We were never close unlike my mother’s side family.
The family gatherings were always awesome because we are a big family. I have now 27 cousins (mother side) and 3 cousins (father side).

3- I don’t trust anyone fully; I always take my precautions because human beings nature is becoming a bit critical nowadays.
Feed a dog and he’ll stay in front of your door day and night, do good to a human being, they start to plot how to hurt you, why you’re better than  them, etc…BUT it doesn’t mean that all people like that, but many are unfortunately.
I like a quote to Al-Mutanabbi: “be generous to a generous person and you’d win him, be generous to a mean person and he’s rebel on you”

4- I survived 4 car accidents without a scratch. I was never driving.

5- I crashed my father’s car in the wall after I was being Schumacher, driving fast and taking the turn without using the brakes.
I was driving alone in a wide space and it was the first week I get in a car and it wasn’t that bad but he kept ranting about it for years. Oh well reason why I learned driving alone later on in a driving office.

6- I skipped one class when I was a child (Grade skipping), just after the Kindergarten, they thought I’m too smart for my class and they moved me to a higher grade, it was equivalent to 2^nd grade I guess or 3^rd. Not so aware of the American system. I was so little (4 years old) and I read the newspaper like a boss while other children are struggling to read the books we have.

7- I was supposed to be in Beirut Down town, on February 14^th 2005, at 1:00 PM for a job exhibition that was taking place in Phoenicia Hotel that day and I was so hesitated to go and didn’t know what to say to my boss, so I didn’t go.
It’s the day of Hariri Assassination; the explosion took place at 12:55 PM in the same area.
Well you’re unlucky, I could have been pieces now 😀 😀
