What is the Liebster Prize?

I am working on my speaking skills and when I actually started working, I realised I speak like a 10year old. I don’t know if I ever will be able to get over my stage fright. And then about friends, I have always prioritized other people but not anymore other than my family. I feel it’s time I actually build my personality π
